Data Deletion Policy for ePresyo

At ePresyo.com ("ePresyo," "we," "us," or "our"), we respect your right to control your data. This Data Deletion Policy outlines how data deletion requests are handled and provides information about data backup downloads.

1. Store Deletion

When a user deletes a store from their ePresyo account:

• The store and all related data and assets will be permanently deleted from our database.
• This action is irreversible.

2. Account Deletion

When a user deletes their ePresyo account:

• The user’s account, including all stores and associated data and assets, will be permanently deleted from our database.
• This action is irreversible.

3. Data Backup Download

Before deleting a store or account, users have the option to download a backup of their data:

• Backups will be available in CSV or other relevant formats.
• The data will be provided in a ZIP archive format.
• The backup file will be generated and made available directly in the browser for download.
• Backup files are not stored on our database and are generated only at the user's request.

4. Important Considerations

• Users are responsible for securely storing any downloaded backup files.
• Once a store or account is deleted, we cannot retrieve the deleted data.

5. How to Delete Data

• Store Deletion: Navigate to the store settings and click the "Delete Store" button.
• Account Deletion: Navigate to the account settings and click the "Delete Account" button.
• Confirmation prompts will be provided to ensure intentional deletion.
